A: For cylinders in stock that only need gas filling, the delivery time is approximately 7-10 days ex-works after receiving the deposit. For custom cylinder orders, delivery takes about 15-35 days ex-works, depending on the order quantity and specifications.
Q: How do you guarantee the quality of your gases?
A: We ensure our gases' quality through a comprehensive cylinder treatment process, including cleaning, drying, vacuum pumping, and replacement before the gas filling to guarantee they are clean and dry. Each cylinder undergoes internal purity testing post-treatment. After filling, all gases undergo a final round of testing. If any gas fails to meet our stringent standards, it is reprocessed. We also provide a certified gas test report for each batch.
Q: Are all your cylinders recyclable?
A: Generally, our seamless steel cylinders are recyclable. However, please note that our disposable cylinders are designed for single-use only.
