A: For cylinders that are in stock and only require gas filling, the delivery time is approximately 7-10 days ex-works after the deposit is received. For custom cylinder orders, the delivery time ranges from 15-35 days ex-works post-deposit, contingent upon the order quantity.
Q: How do you ensure gas quality?
A: To ensure the highest gas quality, our cylinders undergo a meticulous treatment process that includes cleaning, drying, vacuum pumping, and replacement before gas filling. Each treated cylinder is tested for internal purity. After the gas is filled, it is tested again to meet our stringent standards. Should the gas fail to meet these standards, it is reprocessed. Additionally, we provide a qualified gas test report to confirm the quality.
Q: Are all cylinders recyclable?
A: Generally, seamless steel cylinders are designed to be recyclable. However, disposable cylinders are meant for single use only and are not suitable for recycling.
Q: Can we send back cylinders to China for refilling?
