A: If the cylinder is readily available and only requires gas filling, expect delivery in approximately 7-10 days post deposit receipt. For customized cylinders, delivery ranges from 15-35 days after the deposit, contingent on order size.
Q: How to check the gas quality?
A: Our rigorous quality assurance process begins with cylinder treatment (cleaning, drying, vacuum pumping, and gas replacement) ensuring cleanliness and dryness. Each treated cylinder undergoes testing for internal purity. Post-gas filling, we conduct comprehensive tests. Should any gas not meet our stringent standards, it is reprocessed and never released. Finally, we furnish a gas test qualified report to assure quality.
Q: All the cylinders can recycle?
A: Typically, seamless steel cylinders are reusable. However, disposable cylinders are designed for single use only.
Q: Shall we send back the cylinders to China to refill gas again?
A: Absolutely! Once you've purchased our cylinders, you can return them for refilling. Simply inform us prior to export, and we will manage all necessary import customs clearance formalities.
