A: For cylinders that are in stock and only require gas filling, delivery is approximately 7-10 days ex-works after receiving the deposit. Custom cylinder orders typically take around 15-35 days ex-works post-deposit, depending on the order quantity.

A: To guarantee top-notch gas quality, our cylinders go through a comprehensive treatment process. This includes cleaning, drying, vacuum pumping, and replacement before gas filling to ensure they are pristine. Each cylinder is then tested for internal purity. After filling, all gases undergo a rigorous testing process. Any gas that does not meet our stringent standards is reprocessed. We also provide a qualified gas test report to assure you of the gas quality.
Q: Are all cylinders recyclable?
A: Typically, seamless steel cylinders are recyclable. However, disposable cylinders are designed for single use only and are not recyclable.
