A: For cylinders available in stock, and requiring only gas filling, expect a delivery time of approximately 7-10 days ex-works following deposit receipt. Should cylinder customization be necessary, anticipate a delivery timeframe of about 15-35 days ex-works post-deposit receipt, contingent on order volume.
Q: How to check the gas quality?
A: Our meticulous process ensures top-tier gas quality. Initially, each cylinder undergoes thorough cleaning, drying, vacuum pumping, and replacement procedures before gas filling, ensuring a pristine interior. Subsequently, each treated cylinder is rigorously tested to ensure internal purity. Post-gas filling, additional testing guarantees that standards are met. Any gas not meeting these standards is reprocessed, with only flawless products leaving our facility. A comprehensive gas test qualified report accompanies every order, affirming quality assurance.
Q: All the cylinders can recycle?
A: Typically, seamless steel cylinders are reusable. However, disposable cylinders are designed for single-use applications only.
Q: Shall we send back the cylinders to China to refill gas again?
A: Absolutely, our cylinders can be returned for refilling. Inform us prior to exporting, and we will manage all necessary import customs clearance procedures for a hassle-free process.
