A: If the cylinder is in stock and only requires filling, the delivery time is approximately 7-10 days ex-works after receiving the deposit. If the cylinder needs customization, the delivery period extends to about 15-35 days ex-works, depending on the quantity.

A: Our rigorous quality control process includes treating each cylinder with cleaning, drying, vacuum pumping, and replacement before gas filling to ensure interior cleanliness and dryness. We conduct thorough tests on each treated cylinder to ensure internal purity, followed by additional testing post-filling. Any gas not meeting our stringent standards is reprocessed. A certified gas quality report is provided with every order.
Q: Are all the cylinders recyclable?
A: Typically, seamless steel cylinders are reusable. Disposable cylinders are designed for single use only.
