A: For in-stock cylinders only needing gas filling, expect delivery within 7-10 days post deposit. Customized cylinders require 15-35 days, subject to order quantity.
Q: How to ensure gas quality?
A: Initially, cylinders undergo rigorous cleaning, drying, vacuum, and replacement processes. Each treated cylinder is tested for purity before gas filling, followed by a final quality test after filling. Only gases meeting our stringent standards proceed to dispatch, and you will receive a certified gas test report.
Q: Can all cylinders be recycled?
A: Seamless steel cylinders are reusable. However, disposable cylinders are designed for single use only.
Q: Can we send cylinders back to China for refilling?
A: Absolutely. Returning our cylinders for refilling is an option. Inform us prior to export, and we'll manage all necessary import customs clearances seamlessly.
